Mr. Sinclair is a Co-Founder and President of PetroTX Operating. Prior to founding PetroTX, Mr. Sinclair held executive positions with Noble Energy, Inc. including Director Regulatory Affairs Eastern Mediterranean, Vice President Marketing & Business Development Eastern Mediterranean, Vice President Latin America and Asia and Vice President Europe and Mediterranean. Mr. Sinclair began his career as a geophysicist with Amoco Corporation in their Calgary office and held positions including President and General Manager Amoco Angola, Exploration Manager Angola and Exploration Manager Congo. Mr. Sinclair has 40 years of oil and gas experience in roles spanning business unit management, large scale project implementation, business development, regulatory interface and government relations. Mr. Sinclair holds a BSc in Physics and Mathematics from the University of New Brunswick in Canada.
Mr. Stanley is a Co-Founder and Vice President of PetroTX Operating. Prior to founding PetroTX, Mr. Stanley was a Co-Founder and Vice President of Houston Drilling Management, LLC., a role he continues to hold today. Mr. Stanley acted as the Drilling and Completion Manager on a number of drilling projects, most recently Noble Energy’s Tamar deepwater development project in Israel. Mr. Stanley started his career with Chevron Corporation where he acted as a staff drilling engineer in domestic and foreign drilling operations and drilling superintendent responsible for multiple rigs in the UK North Sea. Mr. Stanley has over 40 years of oil and gas experience including almost 20 years managing his own drilling consultancy business. Mr. Stanley holds a BSC in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Thomasson is a Co-Founder and Vice President of PetroTX Operating. Prior to founding PetroTX, Mr. Thomasson was a Co-Founder and President of Houston Drilling Management, LLC., a role he continues to hold today. In that role, Mr. Thomasson was responsible for business management and development for project services carried out in over 20 countries, as well as in the US Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast region. Additionally, he was directly involved in numerous company-managed projects in the US and in multiple international locations. Prior to that, Mr. Thomasson served as Vice President of Operations for F.J. Brown and Associates and as Vice President of Turnkey Operations for Triton Engineering. Mr. Thomasson began his career with Chevron Corporation where he acted as a staff drilling engineer and drilling project manager in domestic and foreign drilling operations. Mr. Thomasson has 40 years of oil and gas experience including almost 20 years managing his own drilling consultancy business. Mr. Thomasson holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Smith is a Co-Founder Vice President of Petrotx Operating. Prior to founding PetroTx, Mr. Smith held a number of leadership positions with Noble Energy, Inc. including Project Manager for the Mari-B development in Israel, General Manager Noble Energy Israel, Business Unit Manager Noble Energy Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain regions and Project Manager Leviathan Development in Israel. Mr. Smith began his career with Mobil working in the Rocky Mountain region before moving to Noble where he worked the Gulf of Mexico in production and construction operations. Mr. Smith has over 35 years of oil and gas experience in roles covering field operations, production, drilling and management in both domestic and international settings. Mr. Smith holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
